The idea is to overload on cards that reward us for drawing our second card for a turn, like Gixian Puppeteer, Gurgling Anointer, Faerie Vandal, and Evangel of Synthesis, and then...you guessed it...draw a bunch of cards

These types of decks are not for every play, but they work like an all-access pass for Commander fun
