因為這款酒中不添加硫化物。50%的黑皮諾與50%的夏多內分開壓榨，並使用橡木桶釀造。本款定義為最純粹的存在， 所以全程不添加硫化物，不過濾，也不另外添糖，直接純粹天地人交織的瑰麗。
