I fully expect this to see play over a lot of the more common counterspells, at all power levels

There are some cards that are guaranteed to have a massive impact on the format and have already been talked about at length (Counterspell, Abundant Harvest, etc)

Cards that benefit from playing from exile, like Vega, the Watcher, and those with foretell or plot mechanics complement this strategy by maximizing the value of spells that return to the battlefield after a delay
