This card can be used to punish decks that want to draw a ton of cards or as a way to stock the graveyard for decks that have uses for the cards that they and their opponents mill or discard

My favorite story about this card is this exchange of emails: (paraphrased because I'm horrible at finding old emails) Email from Brady Dommermuth, Magic creative director: Would you mind taking the word "vampire" off of this card
